After the fuses, jump the 2 lugs on the pressure fitting on the inner wheel arch. 
No brake lights bad switch, or lack of pressure.
Rarely it’s both bulbs at once.

But since it’s the turn signal also,  I agree with Rick. Fuse or bad connections at the box
