[Spridgets] Windscreen Seal

Of all the side curtain cars I've seen & dismantled , not one had that flap of weatherstrip folded up under the windshield.  There is a rubber seal that seals the frame to the cowel. The flap is both cosmetic & functional.  That's a new one on the "I'd never do that" list....ChuckFormerly " the world's largest sprite driver"

Just saw the latest video and sent him a message that in my opinion this is incorrect.

I just watched the Econobox Garage episode where he installed the windshield and he didn't push the seal back under the windshield.  ???

Mike,

I've never seen a windshield seal installed that way.  What youtube series is this?

In ictures that showed the seal in Terry Horler's Original Sprite and Midget the seal is not folded under itself.  Is this a Canadian thing?
