Chuck,
The "Happy" part is you're alive to tell the tale!  Of course this tale 
I wish you didn't have to tell.  I too fell in the driveway, dang ice, 
banged my head but nothing there to damage.  Wife confirms "no goofier 
than normal".
May you recover soon.  Take one day at a time.
