>From the responses to this e-mail, I can tell you all have not lived in 
Columbus, Ohio.  I was stationed just outside Columbus in the late 60's. 
The Columbus cops didn't care if you were a student protesting or someone 
just driving by - they haressed you with tear gas or shot rubber bullets at 
you (sorry - I also had friends in the Ohio National Guard (they were at 
Kent State) and friends at Kent State).  It was not easy knowing some of 
your friends shot to kill other of your friends - sad time for all.  Anyway, 
in the early 70's the streakers were the big thing in Columbus.  Guys would 
get their kicks running down the main street (High St) of the Ohio State 
University.  You would have three naked guys running down the street with 
20 - 30 cops chasing them.  There were also about 30000 students cheering on 
the streakers!!  It was totally stupid - the cops had paddy wagons stationed 
everyother block, etc - tied up the entire Columbus, Ohio police force just 
to chase some streakers - completely stupid in my opion.  Sorry if any of 
you reading this are in law enforcement but these guys were more like the 
Keystone cops.  Unbfortunely, they had the badges and the guns - which they 
used indescrimenately.  I see from the story on the website that things have 
not changed in Columbus.  I didn't know it was legal for a female to bare 
parts of her body but when a guy does it at her request it is a crime.  Hope 
he wins.
