A local customer is racing in Midwest Council events and is tired of 
getting whacked every race. (not waxed, he's getting hit)

I spoke of the gentlemen of the VSCDA, and he seemed interested.

HOWEVER, his car is a 1975 Caldwell (no relation) D13.

Eligible?

Can it be .... you know, made eligible?  (wink, wink)
