[Tigers] Clearance on 16" rims

The set up that was on my Tiger when I bought, and is such a good set up,
the previous owner wamted them back was 15 by 6 Panasports on the front with
Toyo Proxes 195 50 15. and 15 by 7 on the rear with 205 50 15 on the rear.
Awesome setup.
