[Tigers] advice when buying gas

While there appears to be some logic in some of his statements, I doubt 
that it is very significant in a 20 gallon tank of gas.  Maybe if 
filling a tanker truck.  Besides, once you get more than 4-5 feet below 
ground, the temperature really stays constant year-round (approximately 
the average temperature of that geographic region averaged over the 
year) and certainly does not change from morning to afternoon.
