[Tigers] Clutch Rod and Clip

	SS lists the push rod; HA50 but I have no idea about the clip but
you can probably make one to work.

I highly recommend that the push rod be safety wired to the clutch arm just
in case of a failure in the system so this rod is not lost.

between the clutch lever arm and the slave cylinder. They also need the clip
