[Tigers] trunk spring boots

My early MK1A has them (B382000991), my later MK1A does not
(B382001465). Let's see if we can get to exact car that determined the
change.

Did Tigers have them originally? I bought my car in 76 and they were not
there. Never noticed them on another guy's Tiger OR Alpine.
