[Tigers] 15" wheels

i personally am a die-hard fan of 13" wheels...the orginal look of a decent 
slab of rubber on the rim.  but i would love to see the LAT rims in a bigger 
rim size just to see what they look like.  i do sympathize with the lack of 
good 13" rubber available in the market.
