[Tigers] tranny oil change

question guys - changed the tranny oil for the first time today (havent had
the tiger that long) with Lucas Heavy Duty 80/90 Gear Oil ... question i had
was...the manual says 1.8 liters is the capacity, but seems like it took more
than 3 liters to fill the tranny up to the fill hole to the point it started
to weep out (car was flat, not on a jack).  is the proper fill level to fill
it to the point it starts to weep out of the fill hole?  what is the risk if
overfilled?
