Hi Paul, it's good to hear that your Tiger is running. 
 
If your cap has the secondary seal, and your overflow line goes to the  
bottom of your Tudor washer bottle, there should be suction of the fluid from  back 
into the cooling system during cool down so that your system stays  100% full 
at all times.
