[Tigers] Window Frame

Putting the car back together after new paint.? Yanked the window frame before paint, pulled the glass, and installed new gasket around the glass.? Super pain in the 'you know what.'
Now the bottom of the frame doesn't match the original layout.? Its about two inches down and back at the center from where it's supposed to be.? As near as I can figure, when the frame gets set back onto the body this will necessarily straighten out, but there will be a huge problem in getting the rubber to seat to the bottom of the glass.? 
Is there an easy method to this madness?? Any suggestions are welcome.
