[Tigers] Fw: Tiger shifter

List- can anyone help with the below question. Im not sure if George in on list or not BUT I will send him info to join. I think the balls come out and the rod disconnects from the T handle and then it slides thru the shifter BUT thats a guess. All help is appreciated.
