[Tigers] heater blower motor

Hello,
 
My fan works as normal, but normal for this part is really bad.
 
Has anyone found a bolt in replacement that really, really blows some  air? 
I'm sick of the wimpy whisper from the stock heater fan.
 
Somebody over the years must have found something markedly better.
