This is the car that Motor wrote about a few months back if I'm not mistaken.
Its the car that won outright the 1965 International Police Rally.  Motor
reported the car was sold to Malcolm Sears who raced it successfully until he
had a major crash at Oulton Park in 1971. Malcolm suffered severe injuries
that he has never fully recovered from.   The burned out hulk was  hauled to a
junk yard and presumably scrapped.
I wonder what parts were salvaged, if any,  to recreate the car?
