got a real nice Hurst Cobra repro shifter from him that looks great in the
Tiger...

Top loaders are not painted.
The top cover was bare steel,
The cast iron received a black phosphate chemical coating.


 but, what color is the tiger tranny painted originally?  gotta keep dan
williams going on my tranny he just rec'd.  thks!
