[Tigers] door glass

Hi Listers,  recently opened up may door panel to rpl a scratched piece of
glass,  seemed simple enough until it came to detach the regulator from the
slide at the bottom of the glass,  the manual makes it sound like it staps
into a plastic grommet type thing and should be able to be popped out by
prying even pressure,  well I have put a lot of even pressure and no luck yet,
