[Tigers] Correct intake and carb

To All
Took a look at my carb and intake today in preparation to pull the carb and
have it rebuilt.
The intake is correct according to the BON.

Intake:
Stamped Ford and the color is Blue
C4OE 9425
Firing Order 15426378
C 1960
4 1964
O Fairlane
E Engine
I thought the O Fairlane decode was a little weird, is this right???

My problem is I'm having a hard time decoding the carb. The carb has
Motorcraft stamped on it and the tag numbers look like this:
4P
EC
A8F 13

Any help with a decode would be greatly appreciated. Will try to post a pix if
I can figure out my daughters camera.
