[Tigers] Cash for Clunkers

I ran into this at the Cars and Coffee website. I first thought it a joke bon'tut now don't think so. A program encouraging people to turn over "old clunkers" for a few dollars could be a real problem. No more barn finds ? Increased shortage of parts ?
