[Tigers] 13" tires

A good idea might be to contact corky coker, at coker tire in chattanooga. 
he has helped me in obtaining out of date sized tires in the past. 
additonally, coker is a real gear head and might well respond to a lot of 
email.  i sent one, so why not you?
