[Tigers] having tires mounted that you don't purchase

Alot of local shops aren't interested in the business

I would check Tire Rack's 'authorized installers' and call one of them and 
check.

As I remember it, the rates were higher than I expected to mount internet 
tires, and it was basically a wash to buy them locally because of that.
