A full roller rocker, i.e. tip and fulcrum has several advantages, as 
mentioned cooler operation, and they can increase the rocker ratio, 
thereby giving a higher lift to the valves, without changing the cam.

Ford makes some very nice roller rockers, that are very affordable from 
Summit.
