[Tigers] Spacing Hood louvers

I copied the Crittenden Tiger's louver pattern as shown in the book 
"Performance Tuning the Sunbeam Tiger" for a period-correct appearance.
    Don't know how they helped cooling, but you could see the hot air 
wafting out when idling on a hot day. And they look super-cool!
    I've still got an extra hood here in RI if someone wants "one with "& 
"one without."
