[Tigers] Hood Floating

Prior to rebuilding most of the stuff under the chassis, I had a
possibly unrelated problem where the hood would unlatch itself at speed.
It comes up about 5-6 inches and then floats there, depending on the
speed. The 5-6" would be at highway speeds. It's unlikely that any
aerodynamic event (aside from a 360) would cause the hood to open
further than it's intended to go. If that did happen then hood damage
would be the least of your worries.

It does open far enough (and wave around enough) to be a serious
distraction, so I don't think it's a good idea to just drive around with
the hood unlatched.
