[Tigers] junk yard fan

I mentioned coming across a Fairmont in a junk yard and asked if the fan  
would work in a Tiger.
 
I received data that "it depends" but was told that the pulley might  also 
be of a size that it could speed up the fan (diameter).
 
So, how much should I pay for a Farimont fan and pulley? I have no idea  
what these "junk yard dogs" charge.
