[Tigers] rotors

To my knowledge there never was a published specification in the Tiger 
manual.  This topic came up YEARS ago and someone said..., that someone 
said..., .375 was a minimum based on a book somewhere in an unknown shop. 
Others disputed that number.

I actually used that at the local Pep Boys and the Manager (an understanding 
Triumph guy) agreed to turn the rotors as long as I acknowledged it was at 
my own risk.  Figuring this might be a one shot opportunity I had all four 
rotors I had turned.  As best I recall they were all around the .450 range 
give or take .015.
