[Tigers] cylinder lock plates

According to the Parts List those are 2 of the 3 parts you need per side.

5041105	Retaining plate	Series III and IV  These are the type of parts on my
Tiger.

5041106	Locking plate

There are 3 pieces that hold this style brake cylinder on each side and a
rubber boot covers the parts.

Series I and II has a slightly different set of part and the Series V
cylinder with a screw type adjuster has another set of parts.
