[Tigers] Correct color for block

There was a major discussion thread about this very subject a while back on the e-mail list.  If I remember correctly, it has more to do with the engine number than it does with the serial number of the car.  Please post your engine number on the list here and I'm sure the powers that be can give you a difinitive answer.
