It's not often you get a product like this that appears to be 
specifically tailored to the Alpine/Tiger... if it really does fit well 
and they've thought about mounting the fuse/relay panel somewhere 
sensible then it should be well worth the money. Ask if you can get a 
PDF copy of the installation instructions so you can see how everything 
mounts (or just ask about the mounting...)

Note that this will probably not replace everything right to the bulb 
sockets; the performance of the various lights on the car will still be 
subject to how well the individual ends are grounded. Any time you spend 
on identifying and fixing ground problems at the four corners of the car 
will pay off in spades when it comes to final harness installation and 
testing.
