I found a huge improvement in the performance of the horns after I connected
them through a relay... it's well worth considering. The OEM setup had enough
resistance through the horn ring on the steering shaft that the horns would
just stick on (i.e. pulling current, but not enough to trip their internal
points) and the horn ring wire would get HOT.
