Wow, that's the car, same plate number even.
Looks to me like someone spun it around and hit something backwards...
and forwards..  what a mess of a nice Reisentz restoration.  Looks like
one of his 5.0L/5speed jobs.  I think I saw the raw tub down at his shop
a couple years ago...
