[Tigers] Originality: water hoses

I looked at a picture that I have. I can't tell what  the clamp on the 
passenger side is attached to, but there is definitely one  there.

    You are  correct - there is a band clamp that holds the long heater 
hose from the  heater valve to the bulkhead with a screw.  This keeps the hose 
away  from the stock air cleaner and off the fender brace mount.
 
The short heater hose goes to  the T fitting - no bulkhead clamp needed.

If my memory serves me right, there was a clamp on  the bulkhead of the 
driver's side that isn't shown in the picture.  It  attached the hose to the 
bulkhead/firewall.  I think there was a clamp  somewhere on the passenger side 
as well, but can't remember  where.
