I will echo what Ron said. Last year I also needed some tires for my LAT 70 
wheels. I found some Kumho 185/70/13 tires at Tire Rack, but I think they 
were the last or close to it. I believe Kumho has discontinued this size, so 
check production dates on the sidewall if you find any.

If you go to 175x13 size I think you will find a larger selection.

Vredestein has a 205x60x13. They are available from Universal tire, but at 
$175 a pop...very pricey.

Check the CAT Forum...I seem to recall a discussion on this topic not long 
ago.

Finding 13" tires can be difficult but computer searches help.

Last year I found some Achilles 175/70-13 H rated tires @ Onlinetires.com
for $206 including shipping.

I have not put a great deal of mileage on them but I like them.
