[Tigers] Tire choices for LAT 70

I just bought Kumho Solis KR21 185/70-13 for the American Racing
Silverstones.

I'm getting them put on this Saturday.  One thing to remember is that all
of these tires, even the cheapest, is better than the best tires available
when these cars were new.

It's a bummer to take off the Michelins that are on there.  But they are
too old and obviously cracking!
