[Tigers] Fuel pump block-off plate

I don't know what ford did or what was on the tiger, but it's the same 
pump pattern as a Big Block Chevy on my 60's mustang front cover. Might 
be an easy to make part as suggested since you have a pattern from the 
Existing Ford one. You might look at summit or jegs they might have a 
steel one but it would likely be chromed...
