[Tigers] Rota Wheels

Rota makes good wheels, at the price point. They are on par with any of
the cast wheels out there.

We may soon have another option besides the typical 8 spoke that are
prevalent on Tigers....;-)

Duke fitted a set to his stroker tiger and seemed to find them nice..

he gives them a hard time.. they are apparently well made.. not sure

are as light as panasports.. worth checking.
