[Tigers] Engine paint

I have to agree with Alex. From my research a few years ago, the early Ford
blocks - 260 and probably 5-bolt 289s were Black. That said, I'll defer to
Ron Frasier on almost anything Tiger...
(which means just because I think it doesn't make it true...)
