[Tigers] Distributor hold-down clamp

Oops.I forgot to ask this in my last post.  I know this is nit-picking, but
on a stock application should the distributor hold-down clamp and bolt be
painted the color of the engine or left natural?  I know this probably
sounds insane and I apologize, but doing a nut/bolt stock restoration of the
engine compartment on my Tiger means I have to ask stuff like this.
Therefore, I beg your indulgence for a little while until I get past this
part of the job.
