[Tigers] Gas tank resealer

Doug Jennings (Tiger Automotive in Dayton OH) usually has a set in stock on
an exchange basis. I've had three sets done by him, the oldest are 15 years
old and still look new inside. The coating used has been impervious to the
E10 swill.
