[Tigers] Solenoid problem?

Been away from the Tiger for a bit - again, thanks to all for the
suggestions.

Updates
- Red/white wire is solid (tested that earlier, ought to have said)
- Dad has an analog meter(!), but that is an hour away so perhaps someday
- New battery has noticeable altered the cranking ability

Going to go with the new battery for a bit, if the problem recurs then I'll
probably
- wiggle ignition switch & wiring harness while my bride holds it on start
- depending on that, really I should just order a new solenoid & ignition
barrel be done with it!

Thanks again to all
