[Tigers] Rota wheels with Lat 9 Pana insert

Are you producing the entire center cap for the Rota wheel? I have Rota wheels on my car and my only complaint is that the center caps are a little too large. So, I wondered if you were producing the whole cap and if they are a little smaller.
