Joel, 2 things come to mind when reading about your problem. The research
that was done on Tiger cooling iindicated that all radiators and cooling
configurations worked when driven at speed. So, if your still not cooling
at speed, it could be your after market radiator is not cooling
adequately. That is, assuming you don't have a blockage or engine problem
as has been pointed out.
If you want to try a stock radiator, I have a good one which you could
borrow to try out as long as you would pay the shipping both ways, or if
you decided to keep it, we could work something out.
Also, I would echo the getting an expansion tank and overflow can. The
expansion tank adds a little water capacity and with the overflow tank,
adjusts for overflow. This might be the easiest thing to try first. Good
luck, I know how yuou feel as I am struggleing with some problems with my
Tiger too. (not cooling). Cliff
