[Tigers] Dyno Charts

I'd guess dyno plots exist out there, somewhere...I don't have any, though.

But, the info you derive will probably be more around how the two engines make power, not "how much" in absolute terms. There is lots of variance in dyno results, depending on type of dyno (just Mustang and DynoJet, alone, have a variance somewhere between 8-15%...not sure how Dynapack compares), atmospheric conditions, dyno operator, relative health of individual engines etc etc etc.

Still, it would be interesting to have some data. Good luck, Ron!

Subject: [Tigers] Dyno Charts

Happy new Year to all

I have been looking for dyno charts for the stock Tiger 260 2v and 289 2v – has anyone run their own?

Hot Rod Oct 63 – Shelby American dyno test of a 260 2v – net hp

Ford Muscle Catalog has several 289 2v charts – gross hp

The big problem with these charts is that I don’t know exactly the base engine configuration and using a math formula to go between Net HP and Gross HP from different dyno runs is not ideal.
