Yes, Jay and I live less than 5 miles apart. Yet, there are times I will see as much as 18 hours delay from posts he makes to the list that are also copied direct to me. Also, a lot of people get the digest version that I believe comes out once a week??? So, while there are times I’ve seem comments/responses almost immediately other times it seems more like the Pony Express is delivering.

Ah, explains the crickets; normally listers are quick to chime on a time sensitive topic. But NP; the car hit the block about an hour earlier than the seller anticipated, hence I was strolling the grounds and missed the sale of it and never bumped into that prospective bidder again, though I went back to the car afterward.

FWIW, I never got that first email. It's not in my trash or spam folder either.

How’s the list knowledge on VIN 609? Barrett-Jackson gave the seller a plumb slot around Saturday at noon. I’ll be in person, watching. Had a long chat with seller; 10 year owner. Ex Tom Hall car. 3 time Howie Award winner for stock Tiger at TU. Reason I write is a prospective bidder also spoke with me at length and is super interested, perplexed only by the 99,000 miles vs condition. See lot 1265. (Comparatively, lot 1026 [VIN 391] went for $75K yesterday. Total resto, but oddly had several fitment issues).
