[Tigers] jack paint

Think they were Yokohamas.  Tires were around 10 years old, getting a bit
long in the tooth, but the problem was clearly a very large road hazard.
See pictures attached.  Was probably a good thing - used this as an
incentive to finish restoring 6" wheels for the rears.  Car now has new
185X70s on 5" wheels on the front and 205X60s on 6"wheels on the rear.
