[Tigers] Quiet fuel pump

No comment on your charge light (orange?) issue because there are a lot of
ways to wire this (generator? Alternator? 1/2 wire?). If everything is
wired correctly it’s probably diodes gone.
But on the fuel pump I quite like carter for high flow and not too loud.
The Holley pumps are too loud in my opinion and less reliable than carter.
If it’s a stock engine maybe a facet or even stock replacement SU style,
but the replacement style without points. Lots of British cars use them
and they are more or less silent. No good for >180/200hp probably though.
