[Tigers] Ignition sw

The barrell inside the switch housing can come adrift and the switch will
just turn around.

This can happen if the switch has to much current init and gets hot and
melts the parts inside and they eventually just rotate...

Did you notice the key had been getting hot to touch when you took it out
recently?
