[Tigers] Tires for Tigers today?

I had those exact same rims on my first Tiger in the early 70’s. I was able to run B60-13 tires without issues (that equates to 205-60/13 today). Kirk

The wheels are American Racing libre wheels . Nice!

 

It's hard to tell what width from the photo .. could be anywhere from 5 ( less likely) to 5.5-7. id suspect 5.5-6".

 

You probably want a 185/60/13.  Though you .might be ok with a 205/50/13 ..  you likely want a period look..  and given the age of the tyres you have ..probably even cheap tyres will feel grippy.

 

Vredisteine are a bit pricey.. but their sports classic range is period looking and perform very well 

 

You can get track focused semi slicks white easily in 13s .  But... They are noisy... Don't ride as well and tend to throw stones... Falken, nankang, Dunlop, Yokohama.

 

Maxxis and Achilles have some 13 that are reasonably priced

The tire size is AR60-13 for Dunlop.  Not sure what size the AR is yet.  Looking into it.
