[Tigers] Not Tiger---T5 ATF Recommendations

I need to fill my T5 transmission with new fluid. Everything I've read says to use Dexron ll or Murkor automatic transmission fluid (atf). Is there a preferred brand of fluid for a 1994-1996 Ford BW T5 transmission?
